To our valued customers: Due to spring conditions, depending on what your driveway is like, if our driver deems it to be impassable, you will not be picked up on your scheduled day. You will be notified if our truck could not pickup your bin. There may be an extra charge if we have to send a truck off route to dump your bin at a later date. The last thing we want to do is rut up your driveway or have to send an invoice to the homeowner for a tow truck charge. We leave it up to the discretion of the driver - if he deems it ok and causes ruts, then it is the sole responsibility of the home owner to contact us the DAY BEFORE your scheduled pickup to cancel a pickup if you feel it is too soft.
